Ms. Coton, and her parents complained to the directors of TVX Films of Texas, but the company's president Bob Burge rejected his claims and accused of committing a fraud.
"I was absolutely horrified to see that you use my work and my own opinion about this sort of film. It's just awesome," he said during his three-year legal battle.
So Ms. Coton in Florida a lawsuit accusing TVX Films of infringement of copyright, civil conspiracy, misappropriation of her image, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress, the Daily Mail.
Ms Coton had asked the court for some $434,000 in damage totalled but the judge awarded $129,173.20 in the case.
The court found that Ms. Coton reputation and career as a fashion photographer of international standing was "damaged by the company without scruples."
And "blown up shares of the company as" morally reprehensible "and said that, with the implication of improper image Coton's wife, who was in the porn movie.
"I didn't like the girl in the porn film is known," he was quoted by The Sun newspaper.
